Sinatra holds the music for The Kingston Trio’s Goin’ Places, which very likely means he is learning the song “It Was a Very Good Year” for the first time. The Kingston Trio originally recorded the song, which Sinatra heard on the radio and thought would fit his upcoming album September of My Years.
